According to Department of Cuture-Sport and Tourism, in July 2010, province has welcomed 1.5 tourists, ups total 6.1 tourists visited Baria-Vungtau in the first 7 months, accounting for 72.5% of yearly plan.

Till the end of July, province has 158 hotels with 6,565 rooms, among that 74 units be ranked 1-5 star standard and luxury standard.

Also till the end of July, province has 168 tourism projects with registed capital of VND 37,319 billion and USD 11.956 billion. However, the implemented capital so far still low, reached only VND 5,702 billion and USD 161.04 million.
